Warren brings a mix of lived experience, professional academic development, and hands on work experience in supporting people with disabilities. Having over 30 years’ experience in community and disability services, Warren has a deep-seated passion for quality service delivery to support Participants to achieve their potential.

Warren contributes the quality service provided by Keylinks to the work of his team of young professionals, who show commitment and passion in the work they do to enable NDIS Participants to reach their potential.

As stated by Warren, ‘Keylinks Community Services, a registered and quality NDIS Provider, is truly benefitted by their dedication to be the best they can in their duties, to enable Participants to have their best life possible.’

Stuart Hofman

Operations Manager

Personal Experience

Stuart is a dedicated and highly effective Operations Manager whose commitment to Keylinks, and the support provided to NDIS participants is second to none. With a strong background in business and commerce and extensive experience in the community services sector, Stuart brings both strategic insight and hands-on understanding to his role.

Known for his efficiency, attention to detail, and deep sense of responsibility, Stuart ensures that every aspect of service delivery runs smoothly and meets the highest standards of care. His leadership is driven not only by professional expertise but also by a personal connection to the sector having family on the scheme, he understands firsthand the importance of consistent, compassionate support.

Outside of Keylinks, Stuart is a proud Father, Husband, and a passionate supporter of the NRL. His balanced approach to life and work, combined with his genuine care for others, makes him an integral part of the Keylinks team and a trusted advocate for the participants we serve.

Shannon Lightfoot

Client Services Manager

Personal Experience

Shannon has been a vital part of the Keylinks team for over five years, growing and evolving within her role to become a trusted leader in managing Support Workers and Core Supports for NDIS participants. Her genuine passion for working with people shines through in every interaction, earning her a strong and positive reputation among the individuals and families Keylinks supports.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day supports, Shannon plays a key role in both recruitment and roster development. Her participant-centred approach ensures that Support Workers are carefully matched to the needs and goals of each individual, promoting meaningful outcomes and consistent, high-quality care.

Outside of Keylinks, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved Labrador, often bonding over their shared love of sports, especially the NRL. A fan of quiet moments too, she finds joy in a good book, a strong coffee and occasionally picks up her guitar for a creative escape.

Cathy Dao

SENIOR SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Personal Experience

Cathy is a dedicated and compassionate Support Coordinator whose commitment to empowering NDIS participants is matched by her strong professional foundation. Holding a Master of Social Work, she combines academic knowledge with real-world experience to deliver thoughtful, effective support. Her background includes experience with not-for-profit organisations assisting people facing homelessness and domestic violence, as well as hands-on work with culturally and linguistically diverse participants.

Known for her warm approach and unwavering determination, Cathy brings empathy, resilience, and reliability to every interaction. Cathy prides herself on clear, prompt communication and values collaboration across all areas of support working closely with the NDIA, Local Area Coordinators, allied health professionals, plan nominees, and most importantly, participants and their families. So, whether you’re navigating the NDIS for the first time or aiming to make the most of your plan, Cathy is here to walk the journey alongside you with care and clarity.

Outside of Keylinks, Cathy enjoys discovering Brisbane’s most creative cafes in search of the perfect matcha, swimming on sunny days, and heading out for scenic bushwalks. Running might be on the horizon, she’s thinking about it, but no promises just yet!

Melissa Collins

Human Resource Manager

Personal Experience

Where would we be without Melissa? As a cornerstone of the Keylinks team for the last 2 years, Melissa plays a vital role in ensuring our support workers are professionally trained, compliant, and empowered to deliver the highest standard of care. Her work is foundational to maintaining Keylinks’ status as a registered and trusted NDIS provider, because quality support starts with quality people.

Driven by a passion for building an inclusive, supportive workplace, Melissa leads recruitment efforts, conducts interviews, and oversees onboarding to ensure staffing levels remain strong and that every worker has the tools they need to thrive. She also contributes to roster planning and works to ensure consistent support coverage for our participants.

Outside of Keylinks, Melissa enjoys spending time with her partner, catching up with friends and family, exploring the beach with her Border Collie, and travelling whenever she gets the chance. A live music enthusiast, she’s always keen for a great gig and the energy that comes with it.

Ella Riddell

Support Coordinator Assistant

Personal Experience

Ella is a valued member of the Keylinks team, serving as a Support Coordinator’s Assistant. With a background as a support worker within Keylinks, she brings hands-on experience, empathy, and a strong understanding of participant needs to her current role making her a trusted and dependable support for both participants and colleagues alike.

In her day-to-day work, Ella provides essential administrative and coordination support to ensure services are delivered in line with each participant’s NDIS plan. Her sharp attention to detail and participant-first mindset help drive positive outcomes and smooth experiences for the individuals and families we support. Currently studying towards a Bachelor of Human Services, Ella manages her academic and professional responsibilities with admirable dedication.

Outside of Keylinks and study, Ella is a passionate soccer player with the Moggill Football Club, she enjoys quality time with family and friends, and is a proud supporter of the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
